Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Capacity to follow detailed instructions and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending or mixology experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and drink recipes
- Customer-focused attitude with genuine hospitality
- Basic math skills for handling cash and tabs
- Adherence to safety and sanitation regulations
Job Duties
- Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant
- Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their visit
- Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
- Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
- Assisting in tasks to ensure a stocked, sanitized and safe restaurant
