Legends Global is currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled Bartenders to join their team at the new Highmark Stadium, set to open in the 2026 NFL season as the new home of the Buffalo Bills. This state-of-the-art stadium promises to be the largest construction project in Western New York history, featuring cutting-edge technology designed to significantly enhance the fan experience. The role of Bartender is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service by accurately serving and accounting for all transactions involving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. This includes careful inventory management and ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.

The Bartender will be responsible for preparing a variety of beverages such as cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of beverage products and the food menu. The role requires organizing and maintaining inventory, completing sales paperwork correctly, and ensuring beverage pricing is accurate and displayed prominently. Safety is a priority, with the necessity to adhere to all Food & Beverage policies and participation in required safety training. Providing friendly and responsive service while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude toward guests, coworkers, and management is essential for success in this role.

Candidates should expect a fast-paced working environment where flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly are highly valued. Physical demands include the ability to handle up to 160 lbs, continuous standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motions, and working under various weather conditions with exposure to loud noises, flashing lights, and extreme temperatures. The compensation includes a competitive hourly wage of $11 commensurate with experience, plus tips, making this position appealing for those with a passion for hospitality and customer service.
