Currently hiring for the position of Bartender on a part-time basis, Red Lobster seeks enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic team environment and are passionate about providing outstanding service to guests. The bartender role requires someone who can greet customers warmly, prepare the bar and its stations before opening, restock beverages and garnishes as needed, and suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts. Precision in preparing all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes is essential. This role also involves accurately taking food and drink orders, entering them into the POS system, ensuring guests are well attended, offering drink refills, clearing unused items, and timely delivery and settlement of bills. Employees must follow all food safety regulations and maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor throughout their shift. Physical requirements include the ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds, stand for shifts that last between 8 to 12 hours, and work efficiently as part of a detail-oriented team capable of multitasking.
