The company is seeking an experienced, reliable, and personable Bartender to join their Food and Beverage department, reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Manager. The Bartender role is located at the Sames Auto Arena and plays a crucial part in enhancing the guest experience by providing swift, pleasant, and efficient beverage service. This position requires a professional who is knowledgeable about bar operations, well-versed in cash handling and safety protocols, and dedicated to upholding liquor laws and venue policies. The role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of customer service and sanitation.
As a Bartender at Legends Global, the individual will be responsible for setting up and servicing beverage stations across various locations within the venue, ensuring clean and sanitary work environments, enforcing all relevant liquor laws, and verifying liquor inventories. The Bartender will interact directly with guests to prepare and sell beverages, handle cash and tickets, and accurately reconcile financial transactions at the end of each shift. They must wear the appropriate uniform and comply with all operational procedures and regulations specific to the food and beverage division. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess current TIPS or LEAD certification, reflecting their commitment to responsible alcohol service. The role requires flexibility in working hours, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays, as event schedules demand.

Job Duties
- Sets up and services individual beverage locations
- properly handle cash
- enforce all liquor laws
- verify and account for all liquor inventory
- maintain proper sanitation of work area
- follow proper safety practices in the work area
- provide pleasant and efficient service to customers
- reports to F&B personnel in appropriate uniform for assigned location
- prepares all beverage items for sale in the station
- sells to customers charging amount indicated on price list
- receives and handles cash and/or tickets
- accurately verifies all cash and liquor inventory with supervisor
- verifies cash register is programmed properly
- follows bar procedures
- follows all rules and regulations applying to beverage operations and legends global food and beverage division
- requests identification for every guest purchasing alcohol
- performs other related duties as assigned by food service manager
