Job Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role preferred
Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
Certification in responsible alcohol service or similar training is a plus
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and recipes
Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service
Manage cash register operations, process payments, and handle tabs accurately
Monitor and manage inventory levels, restock supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
