Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work days, nights and weekends
- able to work in hot and cold environments
- able to work in noisy, fast paced environment
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- able to walk or stand 100% of shift
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
- skilled in verbal communication with guests
- ability to read and communicate in English
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- keep supervisor informed of significant issues
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to sanitation procedures
- manage personal bank and financial transactions accurately
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and report concerns
- follow bar recipes and control costs
- maintain cleanliness of station and set up/take down tables
- greet guests promptly
- take food and drink orders accurately
- understand menu items and answer questions
- enter orders into Micros system correctly
- manage sales on personal Micros keys
- demonstrate ability to operate credit card machines
- ensure food is garnished and delivered properly
- work efficiently with full hands in and out philosophy
- participate in sales incentives and contests
- complete bar inventories and requisitions
- complete opening and closing duties
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- support team members and buss tables
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction
- maintain positive working relationships
- communicate effectively with guests and team
- maintain friendly demeanor
- follow dress code
- work in fast-paced noisy environment
- be at least 18 years old
