Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume upscale restaurant
- current Food Handlers certificate
- current TABC certification
- knowledge and passion for wine beer and craft cocktails
- compliance with all local state and federal liquor laws
- familiar with POS system
- friendly and self-motivated
- strong attention to detail
- ability to continuously bend reach twist and use hands and arms
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Craft beverages according to established standards
- set up and stock products for each shift
- maintain storage areas
- clean, sanitize, and maintain all equipment, utensils, and tools
- verify all guests are of legal age to consume alcohol
- provide a positive and friendly guest experience
- prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages with attention to detail and presentation
- keep a clean and sanitized bar area
- adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- maintain appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items
- assess guest preferences and make drink recommendations
