We are currently hiring full-time and part-time hourly Bartenders to join our hospitality team at P.F. Chang's. This role is integral to the guest experience and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. Bartenders at P.F. The hourly pay starts at $16.90 based on experience, and bartenders also earn tips. The Bartender role requires a strong focus on customer service, technical skill in mixology, and a thorough understanding of food and beverage operations. Bartenders prepare and serve P.F. They operate and clean bar equipment, maintain stock levels, and collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless service across the restaurant floor. Bartenders must be knowledgeable about the restaurant's layout and service standards, including proper table setting and clearing in accordance with company specifications.

In addition to excellent interpersonal skills, this role requires compliance with responsible alcohol service regulations and sanitary practices. Bartenders need to demonstrate the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintain excellent etiquette, and keep up with food safety standards, including possessing or obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card where applicable.
