Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Legal age to serve alcohol according to state regulations
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask under pressure
Willingness to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

Prior bartending or relevant hospitality experience preferred
Knowledge of beer and cocktail preparation techniques
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Ability to adhere to cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
Provide attentive, friendly, and sanitary service in the bar area
Guide guests through the beverage menu including cocktails and draft beer selections
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar and work areas
Engage with guests to ensure they have an enjoyable experience
Uphold Yard House house rules such as "Bring The Vibe," "Be ALL IN," "Have Heart," and "Celebrate Variety"
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere
