Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be of legal drinking age as required by state and local laws
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong commitment to guest satisfaction
Good physical stamina for bar-related duties

Job Qualifications

Prior bartending experience preferred
Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

Craft each alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage with excellence for guests
Prepare the bar for service by restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
Adhere to and comply with all state and local liquor laws
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Be a true team player and support other front-of-house positions as needed
Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
