Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in environments with hot and cold temperatures
- Capability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods
- Walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
- Follow all company sanitation and alcohol laws
- Adhere to dress code requirements
- Demonstrate friendly demeanor and professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Familiarity with catering to diverse guest needs
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Ability to follow recipes and company procedures
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- English proficiency
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of significant problems or unusual matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Maintain personal bank and accurate financial transactions
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures
- Assess guest demeanor and involve managers when necessary
- Follow bar recipes to control costs and maximize satisfaction
- Keep station clean and set up appropriately
- Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Accurately take food and drink orders
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items
- Enter orders into Micros system correctly
- Handle personal Micros sales and station side work
- Operate Micros and conduct credit card transactions
- Ensure food is properly garnished and delivered
- Work efficiently with "full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
- Participate in incentives and contests
- Complete bar inventories and requisition sheets
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Assist in party set up and breakdown
- Assist other team members as needed
- Buss and reset tables
- Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction
- Maintain favorable working relationships
- Communicate effectively with guests and team
- Maintain friendliness and smile frequently
- Follow dress code and professionalism
- Work in noisy, fast-paced environment
