Bartenders are expected to showcase their extensive knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails with confidence and professionalism. They must deliver food and drinks promptly while anticipating guest needs to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Attention to detail is critical, including processing payments accurately, maintaining a well-stocked and organized bar, and completing side duties to support overall operations. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of bartending experience, a guest-focused mindset, and must be at least 21 years old with any required alcohol certifications.
