Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- complete basic food handling training and obtain any local or state mandated certification or health card or food handlers permit where required
- must complete Safe Alcohol Service training program
- prior experience in a high-volume bar environment preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- regular and consistent attendance required
- energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
- excellent guest service skills
- accurate cash handling and basic math skills
- interpersonal skills including ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all ages, genders, and personalities
- must be able to effectively and regularly converse in and comprehend English
- ability to work independently and in a team environment
- ability to take and follow direction
- ability to respond with a sense of urgency
- frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- frequent standing, walking and reaching around the theater
- ability to work in standing position for extended periods of time
- able to work in moderate to high noise environments
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
- possess full knowledge of bar and menu items and make recommendations
- accurately record food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
- verify identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions
- ensure that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
- consistently use suggestive selling techniques
- collaborate with kitchen team to ensure that food orders are accurate
- deliver food and beverage orders within established time frames
- process payment for completed guest orders
- maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar
- assist the general manager on duty with placing orders for all liquor and bar related supplies
- consistently wipe down and sanitize employee and guest high-contact areas
- properly utilize personal protective equipment while completing position specific tasks
- adapt to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
- monitor safety and security issues and report issues to management
- perform other work-related duties as assigned
