Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Skilled in effectively communicating with Guests
- Able to read and communicate in English
- Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred
- Ability to operate Micros point-of-sale system
- Knowledge of alcohol awareness policies
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Commitment to company sanitation and safety standards
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Manage personal bank and financial transactions accurately
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures
- Assess Guest demeanor and notify management as needed
- Follow bar recipes to ensure consistent products and control costs
- Keep station clean and properly set up
- Greet Guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items
- Enter orders into Micros system correctly
- Complete station side work at beginning and end of shifts
- Handle credit card transactions and cash accurately
- Deliver food and drinks promptly
- Work efficiently following Full hands in, Full hands out philosophy
- Participate in sales incentives and contests
- Complete bar inventories and requisition sheets
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Assist in party setup and breakdown
- Support other Team members as needed
- Buss and reset tables
- Check back with Guests to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain positive working relationships with team members
- Communicate effectively with Guests and Team members
- Exhibit friendliness and professionalism
- Prefer restaurant and bar experience
- Communicate effectively in English
- Adhere to dress code and appearance standards
- Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
