Job Description

Los Robles Golf Course in Thousand Oaks, CA is part of the prestigious Arcis Golf portfolio, known for its commitment to exceptional service and memorable experiences. Arcis Golf team members thrive in a dynamic environment where anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for team members, members, and guests are paramount. This inclusive and supportive work culture is built on a foundation of respect, humility, and gratitude, highlighting the unique contributions of each individual on the team. Arcis Golf is deeply committed to fostering a workplace that encourages personal growth and professional development, ensuring every employee feels valued and empowered to succeed.

The Bartender position at Los Robles Golf Course offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, energetic workplace centered around delivering excellent drinks and fun experiences. As a Bartender, you will serve as the mixologist behind the bar and in dining areas, crafting a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with skill and creativity. This role requires more than just drink preparation—it demands attentiveness to guest preferences, a friendly approach to service, and a keen eye for maintaining high standards in beverage quality and presentation.

In this role, you will be responsible for filling drink orders, answering guest questions about beverage options, and offering informed recommendations to enhance their enjoyment. Your expertise in mixing drinks will contribute directly to the guest experience, while ensuring compliance with all regulations, including monitoring and regulating the alcohol consumption of patrons to prevent service to those under 21. Taking care of bar equipment and upholding cleanliness and organization behind the bar will be key to efficient service and guest satisfaction.

This position offers a pay range of $16.50 to $30 per hour, reflecting your experience and skill in bartending. The company supports team members with a rich package of lifestyle perks, including comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and mental health insurance options, life insurance, accident and critical illness coverage, pet insurance, and paid time off. You will also enjoy holiday pay, a 401(k) plan with company match, and exclusive discounts on food, beverages, golfing, and tennis across the Arcis Golf portfolio. Flexible schedules and career growth opportunities further support a balanced and rewarding work environment.

Arcis Golf is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. They prohibit discrimination and harassment of any type and participate in E-Verify to validate employment eligibility in the United States. If you are passionate about mixology, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and working within a vibrant team culture, the Bartender position at Los Robles Golf Course is an excellent fit to showcase your talents and advance your hospitality career.
