The role available is an hourly, non-exempt Bartender position at an hourly wage of $16.90 plus tips. Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
  • Able to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping
  • Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils, and technology systems
  • Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Visual ability including distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral vision
  • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required for California positions (can be completed during training and up to 60 days after start date)

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive customer service at the bar guided by guest preferences and cues
  • Efficiently craft every drink to perfection following safety, tools, and recipe standards
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu to recommend and upsell
  • Support all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise, demonstrating teamwork
  • Offer expertise and assistance to servers on beverage selections
  • Uphold commitment to food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation standards
