We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Bartender to join our team. This role involves crafting both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to the highest company standards, providing exceptional drink service that complements our distinguished dining experience. Bartenders at The Capital Grille play an instrumental role in guest satisfaction, guiding patrons through our beverage and food selections and offering thoughtful recommendations tailored to guests’ preferences. This position demands attentiveness, precision in order taking, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized bar area. The Bartender also embodies the company’s emphasis on responsible service and safety, strictly adhering to health and sanitation protocols to guarantee the well-being of both guests and staff. Compensation is competitive, starting at $16.37 per hour plus tips, with regularly scheduled weekly pay. This is an hourly, part-time or full-time hourly position depending on scheduling needs.
