The role of the Bartender at Red Robin is integral to the Front of House service team, focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience through efficient, confident, and personable service. Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members to enhance the dining experience
  • Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly
  • Monitor guests for responsible alcohol consumption

  • Assist in restocking bar supplies as needed
