Job Description

Brush Creek Ranch is a prestigious luxury resort nestled in the breathtaking landscapes of Wyoming, offering an unparalleled fusion of rustic charm and sophisticated adventure. Known as more than just a destination, Brush Creek Ranch invests heavily in creating memorable experiences for every guest who visits. The ranch spans vast wilderness areas, providing guests with unique opportunities for outdoor recreational activities such as hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and horseback riding. The resort's commitment to service excellence and hospitality ensures that both visitors and staff experience a culture of respect, care, and professionalism. The environment at Brush Creek Ranch is welcoming, inclusive, and rich with opportunities for professional growth and personal development.

The role we are looking to fill is a Bartender position, pivotal in shaping the guest experience through attentive, prompt, and personalized beverage service across multiple ranch venues. This role demands an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and demonstrates strong knowledge of bar operations and products. As a Bartender at Brush Creek Ranch, you will be entrusted with numerous responsibilities such as serving beverages promptly and responsibly, monitoring guest consumption, operating ranch vehicles for supply movement, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the bar area. The role includes completing all assigned tasks related to setup, side work, and closing duties meticulously.

A key part of the role includes ensuring all services align with the highest quality standards—from checking glassware condition to confirming food presentation meets the ranch's standards. The Bartender is also responsible for applying suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales, accurately taking guest orders and inputting them into the Micros system, and adhering to cash handling procedures. Beyond these duties, the position entails attending pre-shift meetings, strictly following uniform and workplace safety standards, and fostering a team-oriented environment.

This position is ideal for someone with an outgoing and personable demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to multitask under pressure. While prior experience in a restaurant or bar is preferred, it is not mandatory. What is essential is a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, a valid driver's license, and physical stamina for moving and standing for extended periods. Working at Brush Creek Ranch also means receiving excellent benefits that support health, wellness, and work-life balance, including day-one medical, dental, and vision insurance for all associates, vacation and paid time off, and various employee perks such as ranch-provided housing, free meals, and discounts.

Joining Brush Creek Ranch as a Bartender is not just about a job; it's about becoming part of a vibrant community dedicated to hospitality excellence and outdoor adventure within the stunning Wyoming wilderness. Employees have multiple opportunities for growth and engagement within a luxurious yet rugged ranch environment that values diversity and inclusion.
