Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Eligible to work in the United States
Minimum one year of bartending experience preferred
Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to handle cash transactions
Commitment to maintaining clean and safe work environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior bartending experience preferred but not required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques beneficial
Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
Engage with customers to provide excellent service and address their needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Monitor guest behavior and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to coordinate order delivery
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Restock bar supplies and report inventory needs
