Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender or server in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- Familiarity with a wide range of drink recipes and the ability to mix drinks accurately and quickly
- Understanding of food menu items and pairing recommendations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Current 'Beer Savvy' Beer Server Certification
- Possession of a bartending license or certification may be required depending on the location
- Food handling certification may also be required
- Ability to work in close quarters and keep pace during high volume shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from workplace
- Flexibility to work unconventional hours - nights and weekends required

Job Duties
- Mix, garnish, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted
- Deliver food orders to guests promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Provide exceptional service by engaging with guests in a friendly, professional manner, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns
- Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies, restocking as necessary, and communicating low stock levels to management
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, including washing glasses, cleaning tables, and sanitizing equipment
- Accurately process payments, handle cash, and operate the point of sale (POS) system
- Adhere to all local and state alcohol serving laws and regulations, including verifying the age of customers
- Work closely with other staff members, including kitchen staff and other servers, to ensure seamless service
- Assist in setting up and serving during special events or busy periods, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
