Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have one year or more of bartender experience
Ability to work flexible schedules
Excellent customer service skills
Passion for food and hospitality
Ability to work effectively in a team
Willingness to comply with alcohol service laws and regulations

Job Qualifications

At least one year of bartender experience
Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a guest-first attitude
Familiarity with health and safety standards related to alcohol service
Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and legal regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service and enhance their overall experience
Monitor guest consumption and check identification to comply with legal drinking age requirements
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
Handle guest payments and tips accurately
