Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age as required by law for serving alcoholic beverages
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Capability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact positively with guests and team members
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar bar or restaurant role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of drink mixing and garnishing techniques
- Ability to adhere to company standards and safety regulations
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist team members
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change
Job Duties
- Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications
- Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care of
- Keeping the bar stocked and clean while providing friendly and attentive service
- Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
- Assisting in tasks to ensure a stocked, sanitized and safe restaurant environment
