The Bartender role at Red Lobster is essential in delivering an outstanding dining experience by welcoming and engaging customers, preparing and serving drinks according to established standards, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • Ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a bartender preferred
  • Knowledge of drink mixing and cocktail preparation
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Teamwork and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with POS systems

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile upon seating
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • Ensure guests are well cared for, offer drink refills and clear any unused items
  • Deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thank guests and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
