We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Bartenders to join the LongHorn team. This role goes beyond just mixing drinks; our bartenders are key players in cultivating authentic connections with guests and coworkers alike. Bartenders at LongHorn are expected to create an energetic, lively atmosphere while serving exceptional beverages that enhance the overall guest experience. The position offers variable pay dependent on the location plus tips, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality environment. Bartenders will also provide full menu service and maintain clean and organized bar areas to ensure a safe and pleasant environment. A crucial part of this role includes leading responsible alcohol service practices, ensuring compliance with all legal and company standards.

Bartenders will also support takeout experiences by assisting with order preparation and execution, contributing to the seamless and efficient operation of the restaurant.
