The bartender role is designed for individuals who thrive on engaging with guests and creating memorable experiences through their service. You will welcome customers warmly, prepare and maintain the bar area including beverage stations and glassware, suggest items to enhance the guest experience, and craft drinks with precision following company recipes and standards. Accurately taking and entering food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system ensures efficient service. Attention to guest needs, offering drink refills, and maintaining a clean, safe environment all contribute to delivering the quality experience Red Lobster is known for.

Physical requirements for the job include the ability to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours, bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds. Working collaboratively within a detail-oriented team setting is essential.
