Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- 1-2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment preferred
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Flexible availability, with weekend shifts required
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Must have RBS certificate
- Food Handler certified

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the bar and in the dining room
- Provide an engaging and knowledgeable experience for guests seated at the bar
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area and tools
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment
- Assist with bar prep, inventory, and restocking duties
- Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service
- Adhere to all ABC regulations and company alcohol service policies
