Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- certification in responsible alcohol service or willingness to obtain
- ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable transportation
- age 21 or older (for legal alcohol service)

Job Duties
- Deliver top-notch service using Spare Time's Steps of Service
- mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and dining room guests
- know the menu inside and out and make great recommendations
- share excitement about events, attractions, and specials
- run the bar efficiently while juggling multiple guests
- support the team by bussing tables, helping with food prep when needed, and keeping areas clean and stocked
- operate the POS system confidently and handle payments accurately
- complete opening and closing duties and required shift paperwork
- maintain clean equipment and work areas in line with health and safety standards
- monitor alcohol consumption and check IDs consistently
