The Bradley Hotel is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bartender to join their team. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- current bartenders' certification or appropriate license
- 2-4 years of bartender experience
- knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits

Job Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area
- maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily
- guide guests on their beverage journey through descriptive selling of the menu
- be accurate in order taking and confirm all special requests
- be the master of the bar by understanding details to enhance conversations
- work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- assist guests with concerns and guide them to satisfactory resolutions
- finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation
- requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits
- maintain stock, cut, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables daily to ensure product quality
- mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard recipes and portion control
- input orders into register and create checks for guests
- lock up and store all beverages, food, and equipment, deposit cash drops, and secure bank
