Job Requirements
- One year of prior bartending experience preferred
- prior guest relations training
- proper food safety training and certification as described by law
- experience working with POS (Toast, Micros, Aloha, etc.) and reservation software (Toast)
- strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- knowledge of proper food handling
- excellent written/verbal communications skills
- positive upbeat attitude/personality
- punctuality and reliable attendance
- ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and minimum supervision
- ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Job Duties
