Job Requirements
- One year of prior bartending experience preferred
- prior guest relations training
- proper food safety training and certification as described by law
- experience working with POS (Toast, Micros, Aloha, etc.) and reservation software (Toast)
- strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- knowledge of proper food handling
- excellent written/verbal communications skills
- positive upbeat attitude/personality
- punctuality and reliable attendance
- ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and minimum supervision
- ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- willing to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- ability to lift, move, or carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- ability to work effectively in both hot and cold environments
Job Qualifications
- One year of bartending experience

Job Duties
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- plan and present bar menu
- check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- comply with all food & beverage, health and safety regulations
- exemplify outstanding communication skills to create unique experiences and promote customer service
- check in with clientele to ensure satisfaction
- maintain a clean and tidy work area
- complete opening/closing duties and fill out prep/checklists
- adhere to cash handling policies and perform credit card charges
- participate in inventory and determine adequate par levels
- perform other duties as assigned
