- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- Knowledge of mixing garnishing and serving drinks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with state and local alcohol laws
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards
