Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in bartending or beverage service preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred
Knowledge of craft beers and cocktail preparation
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to a positive culture
Basic math skills for handling cash and orders
Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties

Prepare and serve beverages quickly and accurately from taps and cocktail shakers
Guide guests through the beverage menu and provide detailed recommendations
Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area to ensure health and safety standards
Engage with guests in a friendly and attentive manner to enhance their experience
Uphold the restaurant's core values and culture during each shift
Collaborate effectively with team members to support a positive work environment
Manage cash and complete transactions efficiently
