They are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and equitable environment for all associates and guests, reflecting their core values of respect and integrity in all interactions.

The position available at the Renton venue is for a part-time bartender, offering an hourly pay rate of $21.57. This role is designed for individuals passionate about mixology and customer service, seeking to work in a lively and fast-paced entertainment environment. The bartender will be responsible for crafting a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring that all drinks meet the company’s quality standards and comply with legal requirements for responsible service. Beyond mixology, the bartender must personally engage with guests in a friendly, welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This includes stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, preparing garnishes, and setting up the service areas each day.

Staff in this role must be vigilant about safety and sanitation standards, reflecting Topgolf's commitment to health and regulatory compliance. Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system is also a critical duty. Collaboration with other bar team members and staff is essential to provide seamless service and enhance the guest experience. In addition to the competitive pay, associates will benefit from a range of perks including free play, half-price food, comprehensive health benefits (health, dental, vision), 401(k) with match, and access to a free mental well-being platform.

Topgolf’s inclusive culture champions equal employment opportunity, ensuring a workplace free from discrimination and harassment based on any protected characteristic, in compliance with federal laws. The company actively supports affirmative action and fosters an environment of respect, equity, and inclusion. All associates bring valuable contributions to creating a vibrant atmosphere where guests can enjoy premier entertainment and socialization experiences.

By joining the Topgolf team as a bartender, employees become part of a forward-thinking, guest-focused company that values every team member's contribution. Whether preparing classic cocktails or developing new drink recipes, this role offers the chance to sharpen hospitality skills while enjoying the benefits of working in a high-energy entertainment venue that prides itself on guest satisfaction and associate well-being.
