Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

- knowledge of basic drink recipes and bar equipment
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and perform limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure guests are well attended to, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
- deliver and settle the check timely, thank guests, and invite them to return
- follow all food safety guidelines
