Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience required
- Meets state minimum age (18) to serve alcohol
- Dependability
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and computer skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
- Strong task and time management abilities
- Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
- Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Maintaining composure and controlling anger in difficult situations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers and learn about their preferences
- Answer customer questions and recommend menu items
- Prepare and serve beverages and food
- Upsell additional menu items to enhance sales
- Create and follow drink recipes accurately
- Utilize proper bartending equipment and ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
