The role of Bartender at Aba is both dynamic and rewarding, designed for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced and guest-focused environment. The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities covering both weekend brunch and daily dinner shifts, beginning with the launch of weekend brunch service starting April 11th. This role demands a high level of customer service, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a warm, accommodating demeanor. Bartenders at Aba are responsible for crafting beverages to precise recipes, serving food in the bar area, and supporting other front-of-house functions such as busser, food runner, and barista duties as needed to create a seamless guest experience.

Bartenders at Aba must be adept at managing a full bar, including restocking supplies, handling financial transactions like cash drawer reconciliation, and ensuring stock security and inventory control. Physical stamina is necessary, as the role involves standing throughout shifts, navigating through varying noise levels and temperatures, lifting and moving weighted items regularly, and working in a confined space with other team members. Bartenders play a key role in the restaurant's safety and guest satisfaction protocols by recognizing and responsibly managing intoxicated guests and adhering strictly to alcohol awareness and sanitation guidelines.
