Job Requirements
- be at least 21 years old per state law
- have ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- safely reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 pounds
- effectively communicate with staff and customers
- wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks as required
- frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- be committed to employee health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- minimum age of 21 as required by state law
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques
- commitment to team collaboration and customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- ensure drinks meet established quality standards
- provide friendly and professional service to customers and staff
- create a welcoming and enjoyable bar atmosphere
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
- assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
