This role demands responsibility and attentiveness, particularly regarding legal requirements such as requesting identification from every guest purchasing alcohol. The ability to follow company rules and regulations that apply to beverage operations is essential. ASM does not require certifications for this position, but they expect a high school diploma or GED equivalent and that applicants be at least 21 years of age due to alcohol service regulations.
