Job Description

We are a hospitality-focused establishment specializing in providing exceptional bar and beverage services to our valued guests. Our venue is dedicated to creating an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy a variety of drinks and food. As a reputable player in the hospitality industry, our establishment prioritizes guest satisfaction, timely service, and adherence to high safety and quality standards. We operate a full-service lounge and bar area that caters to a diverse clientele, offering a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, accompanied by expertly prepared garnishes and accompaniments.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Beverage Server to join our team and uphold the quality and service standards of our establishment. This full-time position involves serving beverages and food to guests in a courteous, friendly, and timely manner to ensure an excellent guest experience. The role includes preparing beverages for other servers to deliver, acting as a cashier, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. The Beverage Server is responsible for executing proper inventory management, including stocking and requisitioning bar supplies to meet daily operational needs. This role also entails the preparation and maintenance of fresh garnishes, juices, and other perishables to guarantee product quality.

Working in our fast-paced environment, the Beverage Server must be able to greet guests warmly, take and document drink orders accurately, mix and present drinks to standard recipes, and manage cash transactions responsibly. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to all company policies, safety regulations, and liquor laws are essential components of this role. Additionally, this position requires a proactive approach to safety, including reporting any unsafe conditions or incidents promptly to supervisors.

The ideal candidate will have a current Food Handler Card, a thorough understanding of food and beverage preparation, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a neat and professional appearance. Strong interpersonal skills are vital to interact with guests and team members effectively. Physical stamina is also necessary due to the demands of prolonged standing, walking, and manual tasks such as lifting and carrying items up to 30 pounds.

We offer a supportive work environment where employees are encouraged to collaborate and support one another. The Beverage Server will occasionally assist other team members and perform additional duties as assigned by management. Familiarity with state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations is critical, particularly regarding the responsible service of alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests. This role is a cornerstone of our customer service ethos, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive lasting impression of our establishment.
