Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in beverage or food service preferred
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and safety
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Good manual dexterity and coordination
Basic proficiency in English language
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

Hold a current Food Handler Card
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of alcoholic beverages
Basic mathematical skills for cash handling
Basic English writing skills for requisitions and vouchers
Manual dexterity to prepare garnishes and handle glassware
Ability to understand and communicate in English
Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
Familiarity with state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
Ability to operate beverage equipment
Ability to promote and remember menu items
