Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings
Proficiency with Aloha POS and Micros POS systems
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
Strong math skills for cash handling and sales
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings
Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
Strong knowledge of food safety practices, beverage preparation, and responsible alcohol service
Experience in food service or hospitality roles that involve serving customers in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with retail math, basic math skills for cash handling, and sales techniques
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods
Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in diverse settings including nightclubs or restaurants

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to standard recipes and customer preferences
Engage with guests professionally, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience
Operate POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed, and maintaining cleanliness of work area in compliance with food safety standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
Maintain knowledge of food safety regulations and ensure proper handling of food and beverages
Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or nightclub events
