As a Bartender at The Capital Grille, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptionally distinctive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include crafting every alcoholic and nonalcoholic drink to company standards, guiding guests through the beverage and food menus, and providing recommendations that meet or exceed guest expectations. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum age 21
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- legal authorization to work
- excellent customer focus
- strong physical stamina
