As a Bartender at Red Lobster, you will play a vital role in ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience from the moment they sit down until they leave satisfied and eager to return. This position emphasizes personalized guest service, attention to detail, and teamwork. You will be responsible for setting up the bar area to the highest standards, preparing and serving drinks according to established recipes and presentation guidelines, and actively engaging guests with a welcoming smile. Your ability to suggestively sell drinks, appetizers, and desserts will contribute to enhancing the guest experience and driving sales. Accuracy in order taking and proficiency with the POS system are critical to maintaining efficiency and guest satisfaction.

The role also requires ensuring all food safety standards are strictly followed to provide a safe and enjoyable dining environment. Bartenders are expected to regularly check on guests, replenish beverages as needed, clear tables timely, and manage the final billing process with professionalism and friendliness. Physical stamina is necessary to meet the demands of standing for extended shifts, lifting up to 30 pounds safely, and performing routine tasks such as bending and reaching.
