As a Bartender, you will be the face of hospitality at the bar, greeting guests with a smile and ensuring that their dining experience is enhanced through the perfect drink and attentive service. From setting up the bar stations to suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts, your role will be dynamic and customer-focused. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical, as you will be responsible for taking and entering orders into the POS system, following drink recipes, and ensuring food safety standards are upheld. The position involves delivering checks promptly and creating a warm environment that encourages guests to return.

The physical demands of the role require bartenders to be able to stand for up to 12 hours, bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely. Being a team player with excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail is vital for success in this role.
