Employees also receive anniversary pay (subject to eligibility), discounted meals during shifts, and a 25% discount when dining as a guest.

Your responsibilities will involve welcoming and greeting guests with a warm smile, setting up the bar with all necessary supplies before opening, and maintaining stock levels of beverages, mixes, and garnishes throughout your shift. You will suggestively sell drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the guest experience, craft each beverage to exact standards including proper recipe adherence, glassware, and garnish presentation, and accurately process food and drink orders in the POS system. A key part of your role will be to check on guests regularly to offer refills and clear finished items promptly, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You will also be responsible for delivering and settling guest checks efficiently, thanking them, and inviting them to return. Compliance with all food safety standards is mandatory to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

The physical demands of the bartender role require the ability to stand for prolonged periods during 8 to 12-hour shifts, bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift items up to 30 pounds. You must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country where you are applying. As a successful candidate, you will be a team player with sharp attention to detail and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Joining the Red Lobster family means being a part of an evolving brand with exciting growth opportunities on the horizon. The company values diversity and inclusion and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a welcoming and supportive work environment for all.
