Currently, Red Lobster is seeking enthusiastic and attentive Bartenders to join their team. As a Bartender at Red Lobster, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting atmosphere by welcoming guests with a smile, setting up and maintaining the bar area, and skillfully crafting drinks that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your ability to suggestively sell drinks, appetizers, and desserts enhances the guest experience and contributes directly to the restaurant's success. You will also be responsible for accurately taking orders, using the POS system effectively, and ensuring that guests’ needs are met throughout their visit with timely refills and table maintenance.

To succeed in this role, Bartenders must be physically able to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely, as well as remain standing for shifts that can last 8 to 12 hours. Compliance with all food safety standards is mandatory, alongside excellent interpersonal skills to create a welcoming environment for guests.
