The role of a Bartender at Red Lobster is integral to delivering outstanding guest experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for welcoming and greeting guests warmly, ensuring their first impression is positive from the moment they sit down. You will prepare the bar ahead of service by setting up pour and glassware stations and making sure everything is stocked adequately throughout the shift. You will play an active role in driving sales by suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts, providing guests with recommendations tailored to their preferences.

Your expertise in mixing drinks to established standards using precise recipes, glassware, and garnishes will showcase your professional bartending skills. In addition, you will take accurate food and drink orders, enter them into the POS system correctly, and check back with guests to provide refills and clear away used items to maintain a comfortable dining environment. Handling payment transactions promptly and courteously, you will thank guests and invite them to return, leaving them with a lasting positive impression.

The position requires adherence to food safety standards and the ability to maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization at the bar. Red Lobster values teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical requirements include the ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift up to 30 pounds, and stand for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours.
