This job opportunity is for a part-time Bartender position at Topgolf. The role is central to delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced, dynamic entertainment venue. As a bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining a welcoming and engaging environment for guests. You will work closely with the bar team and other staff members to ensure that drink orders are taken efficiently and served promptly, adhering to all licensing laws and safety standards. The role involves monitoring guest needs, handling cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.

This position requires extensive knowledge of mixology and a strong attention to detail, allowing you to craft a diverse range of beverages from classic cocktails to innovative drinks tailored to Topgolf’s vibrant atmosphere. The bartender must uphold the highest standards of responsible alcohol service and be certified in responsible beverage service where applicable. This role also demands excellent communication and customer service skills to create friendly interactions that enhance the guest experience.
