The role of a Bartender at Red Lobster is a dynamic and engaging position within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Bartender, you will play an essential part in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering excellent service. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly upon arrival, setting up the bar for service including restocking beverages and garnishes, and suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the dining experience. Crafting drinks to standard recipes with precision and attention to detail is a key part of the job, ensuring consistency and quality for every guest. You will also be required to accurately take and enter orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system, maintain communication with guests by checking on their drinks and clearing tables as needed, and promptly deliver and settle checks while thanking guests and inviting them to return.

This role demands strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively within a team-oriented environment. Physical stamina is necessary as you will be standing for extended shifts and lifting up to 30 pounds safely.
