As a Bartender, you will be responsible for welcoming guests warmly, setting up and maintaining the bar, suggesting beverage and food pairings, and ensuring all drinks are prepared precisely using standardized recipes. Attention to detail in taking and entering orders accurately into the POS system is crucial for smooth service. Regularly checking in on guests, providing timely refills, clearing tables efficiently, and promptly delivering and settling checks will be part of your daily duties. The physical demands of this role include the ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift up to 30 pounds, and remain standing for shifts lasting between 8 to 12 hours. Being a team player who can multitask while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail is essential for success in this position.
