The Bartender role at Red Lobster is a critical position responsible for delivering outstanding service and enhancing the guest experience through expert beverage preparation and friendly engagement. Beyond drink preparation, bartenders must check back with guests to provide attentive service, manage table cleanliness, deliver and settle checks efficiently, and follow all food safety protocols.
